CLEANLY – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Cleanly. By using our services, including our website, mobile app, and laundry concierge service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
Cleanly offers personal laundry concierge services including pickup, cleaning, and delivery. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
2. Billing and Payments
All payments are due upon receipt. Subscription and one-time pricing will be clearly presented at checkout. Cleanly reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment.
3. Scheduling & Pickup
Pickup and delivery windows are requested by you and confirmed by Cleanly. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, traffic).
4. Damaged or Lost Items
We take care of your garments, but in the rare case of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the lesser of:
a) the fair market value of the item, or
b) $100 per order.
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Cleanly regarding your laundry pickup, delivery, promotions, and updates. Message frequency varies. For information regarding our privacy policy please refer to: cleanlylaundry.com/privacy-policy
